Wi. Boater Law.

A person at least 16 years old may operate a motorboat; only if he or she has completed a boating safety course that is accepted by the Wi DNR.A person born on or after January 1,1989 must also have passed the boater safety course.The course can be taken on line at the Wi. DNR website.[Translation:If you were born on or after Jan.01,1989 you need a boater safety cert. to operate a motor boat.]

All boats must be returned by 7pm;No rentals after 430pm

Upper Nemahbin is slow no wake 12pm thru 3pm Sun. & Holidays

We do not allow turtles to be harvested with our boats.If you wish to harvest turtles get your own boat.

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend rental privileges  at any time or for any reason.

You are responsible for all equipment rented.Its up to you to know and follow the boating laws.You can review them on the Wi DNR website.

Reservations are not needed on weekdays.

Rental rates are for 1 hour up to 4 hours. If you would like to stay out longer you may at no extra charge but once the boat is brought back to dock, rental is ended.
